God’s gift foundation is dedicated for special children, differently challenged people, special children, mentally challenged children, orphans, and children from low economic status.

            Our rehabilitation center and special school is located at Red hills, Thiruvallur district. Our institution provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and teaching for the special children, mentally challenged children.

            We also provide a quality of service in a satisfied manner. We offer our services without any discrimination of caste, community, religion, family background and economic status. We believe that the warmth, love and encouragement these children experience here will bring out their hidden potential and help to develop their physical and mental personality.

            In our institution we have well skilled doctors, therapists and staffs who have better knowledge in neurological conditions and trained in specialized approaches and concepts to teach the special children. We provide individual attention for every child to bring out their special skills.

            In spite of treatment and education we also provide vocational training for the differentially challenged children. We not only teach and educate them but also train them to lead their life without any obstacles.

Short Term Goals:
• Providing counseling and guidance to the Disabled, Mentally Retarded in order to get Proper treatment, relief and rehabilitation.
• To Provide a healthy atmosphere ( Institutional care) to the dependent children ( Disabled and special children)
• Arranging recreational programmes for the special school children to develop their attitudes
• Conducting and value system Vocational and job oriented training programmes to the poor and destitute women for getting regular employment to support themselves and their families.
• Organizing community awareness meetings for parents, house wives and the general public on healthy practices, social education etc.

Long Term Goals:
• Running residential institution for the welfare Disabled, Mentally retarded and orphan children.
• Promoting training and production centers for the welfare of the poor and destitute women through Tailoring, Beautician course, Garment making, Nursing Assistant and catering skills etc.
• Educating the needy people (the aged people, Orphans, Widows etc) to get government benefits like monthly pension etc.
• Managing a fully equipped “Health care centre” to serve the suburban and rural people.
• Establishing a “Home for the Aged” to take care of the neglected and orphaned senior citizens.
• Organizing awareness programmes around urban & rural about disability, mentally retardation.

            There are many neurological disorders in children that affect their brain and nervous system functioning.

Types of Neurological Problems in Children:
            There are different types of neurological conditions that affect the central and peripheral nervous system. These various types of neurological disorders can occur due to congenital (by birth), heredity, trauma, exposure to toxic chemicals, tumors and infections. Most of the common neurological disorders include development delays, severe headaches, seizures, abnormal increase in head size, muscle rigidity, lack of coordination, etc. Traumatic brain injuries can occur due to motor accident, near drowning accident, brain injury due to fall, etc. Certain neurological diseases occur due to infections like Ebola, malaria, encephalitis and meningitis. Genetics too plays an important role in development of neurological symptoms in children. These include hydrocephalus, anencephaly, autism, etc. If the mother was an alcoholic or drug addict, it may cause development of congenital neurological diseases.

Symptoms of Neurological Disorders:
